9 Account Closure, Suspension & Deactivation

Prior to closure, all eligible balances (after deduction of any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned via your original payment method.

Closure by Boleh 888: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering

• Requests from competent authorities

• Actions by third parties, including hackers or cyber attackers who successfully bypass our security measures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Boleh 888 platform

Boleh 888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
